Payment
For reservations made with 15 days prior to arrival: Advanced payment of 35% of the final amount. Payment of the residual amount, 3 days before check-in.
For reservations made 7 days prior to arrival: Immediate payment of the total amount.
Cancellation policy
We keep the deposit or pre-payment as cancellation fee.
We charge 70% of the booking value if you decide to cancel your stay within 30 days before arrival.
